Filament Essential Services is proud to sponsor the Artistic Achievement Award – Youth at the 2026 Lincoln Arts Awards and to celebrate this year’s recipient, Eleanor “L” Magilton.

Presented by the Lincoln Arts Council, the annual Lincoln Arts Awards recognize artists, organizations and community members who make a meaningful impact on Lincoln’s creative community. This year’s celebration, themed “Making a Splash!”, will be held August 26 at the Country Club of Lincoln.

L has been creating art from an early age and continues to develop her skills through classes at the Lux Center for the Arts, Art Gang by Jen Landis and Makit Takit Craft Studio, as well as through work with art tutor Natalie Henning. Her artwork includes original characters, realistic and cartoon-inspired styles, using pencil, alcohol markers and paint. In May, her work was featured in the Linked2Literacy House on Mango Street Project Art Show.

At Filament, we believe creativity makes communities stronger. We’re honored to help recognize a young artist who is already finding her voice, exploring new ideas and contributing to Lincoln’s vibrant arts community.

Congratulations, L! We can’t wait to see what you create next.
